Repairs and maintenance are always a priority and we have built up an excellent bank of trusted contractors to attend to any issue.

We handle all the routine safety checks on behalf of our managed Landlords so you can be confident that your home is up to date with current regulations at all times.

Our commitment to you includes - 

  • No Pressured Viewings - we want to ensure that Tenants have the space and time to look round each property.  2nd viewings are welcome and extra time can be provided if requested at the time of booking.


  • Safety Assured - all our managed properties have the correct gas and electrical checks and are up to date with current fire safety standards.


  • Dedicated Property Manager - where your property is managed by us, you will have a dedicated Property Manager who will oversee all aspects of your Property.


  • Your Interests Protected - all our managed properties have the Tenants deposits lodged under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and photographic inventories are carried out immediately prior to your move in to record the property condition.


  • Utilities Taken Care of - meter readings are taken when you move in and out and accounts are moved into your name for the utilities and council tax.


  • Out of Hours Assistance - we have an out of hours line for all managed Tenants to call if they have an emergency that cannot wait until the next working day.
